Plans renew automatically unless canceled. No refunds after activation.

You are granted a non-transferable, personal license to view content. No downloading, recording, or redistribution is allowed.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Share your account
• Reproduce or distribute content
• Use bots or unauthorized downloaders
• Violate copyright or DRM

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, designs, and branding belong to Stellar Cinema or its licensors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violations or misuse.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Downtime or service interruptions
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Errors caused by third-party service providers

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
